La Rosita

La Rosita was invented by David Cordoba at the Dragonfly Bar, Edinburgh in 2005. The name means ‘Little Rose’ and it is the result of a challenge to create something different.


INGREDIENT:

40 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
20 ml peach purée
20 ml rose water
20 ml cucumber
20 ml sugar syrup


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add some ice cubes and give it all a quick and vigorous shake. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a rose petal.
