Nocturno

Rich and punchy, the Nocturno is made with BACARDÍ CARTA NEGRA rum for added intensity, and burning the orange garnish brings a smoky finish to make this a really stand out drink.


INGREDIENT:

50 ml BACARDÍ CARTA NEGRA Rum
25 ml coffee liqueur
Orange peel


METHOD:

Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes and pour in the coffee liqueur. Then slowly pour in the BACARDÍ CARTA NEGRA rum and stir briefly. Now comes the hard part – the flamed twist. Cut a round "coin" of orange peel and hold a lighted match just above the drink. Then hold the orange peel (colored side down) above the lighted match and squeeze the peel over the flame. Finish up by dropping the twist into the drink.
