Pasión Latina

The Pasión Latina was created by the legendary Jerry Thomas back in 1862. It’s in the same family of drinks as the Sidecar and the Margarita, which makes it a kind of rum sour, although it’s made with tropical fruit flavors rather than lime or lemon juice.


INGREDIENT:

50 ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca
3 dashes Peach Bitters
10 ml passion fruit purée
12.5 ml pineapple syrup


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add some ice cubes and give it a good, hard shake. Fine strain the mix into a glass full of ice cubes. Garnish with half a passion fruit.
