Century Club Punch

Century Club Punch was based on a recipe from the legendary "Professor" Jerry Thomas and is as good now as it was in 1862.


INGREDIENT:

40 ml BACARDÍ Carta Oro Rum
20 ml BACARDÍ CARTA BLANCA Rum
20 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 heaped tsb fine white sugar (caster sugar)
40 ml Water


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add some ice cubes and give it all a good, hard shake. Fine strain the mixture into a glass full of shaved or crushed ice. Garnish with 4 pineapple slices cut into triangles.
