Knight Cup

The winning drink at the 2013 BACARDÍ Legacy Cocktail Competition, the bitter-sweet Knight Cup is already making it onto bar menus all over the world. Head to the Delicatessen Bar in Moscow and you could have one served to you by its creator, Elizaveta Evdokimova.


INGREDIENT:

50 ml BACARDÍ CARTA BLANCA Rum
25 ml Cynar™
10 ml pomegranate liqueur
5 ml simple syrup


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a pre-chilled mixing glass and add some ice. Stir everything well, until it’s thoroughly chilled. Then pour the mix into a tumbler (or rocks glass) full of ice. For an elegant finish, garnish with pomegranate leather.
