The Scorpion

The Scorpion is a popular tropical rum drink that packs a punch. This recipe was first served in California.


INGREDIENT:

40 ml BACARDÍ CARTA BLANCA Rum
40 ml Orange Juice
20 ml Cognac
10 ml Orgeat Syrup
20 ml Fresh lemon juice
A sprig of mint to garnish


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients (except the mint) into a cocktail shaker. Add some ice cubes and give it a good, hard shake. Fine strain the mixture into a serving glass, half-filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
