While other cocktails are garnished with olives or cherries, it is traditional to serve the Air Mail with a postage stamp. It can be stuck on the edge of the glass or placed to one side.
2 parts BACARDÍ Gold rum
½ part freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp honey
Pour the BACARDÍ GOLD rum, lime juice and honey into a mixing glass and then add some ice cubes. Next give the mix a good stir and fine strain into a chilled glass. Finally top the glass with up champagne and garnish with a stamp.
