Between the Sheets
This popular cocktail from Prohibition days and is a twist on the Sidecar and was invented by Harry MacElhone of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris.
1 part BACARDÍ Superior rum
1 part Cognac
1 part triple sec
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
⅕ part sugar syrup
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add some ice cubes. Then give it all quick and vigorous shake. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
