Century Club Punch

Century Club Punch was based on a recipe from the legendary "Professor" Jerry Thomas and is as good now as it was in 1862.


INGREDIENT:

1 ⅗ parts BACARDÍ Gold rum
⅘ part BACARDÍ Superior rum
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 heaped teaspoons fine white sugar (caster sugar)
2 - 4 parts water


METHOD:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add some ice cubes and give it all a good, hard shake. Fine strain the mixture into a glass full of shaved or crushed ice. Garnish with 4 pineapple slices cut into triangles.
