1 1/5 part BACARDÍ SUPERIOR Rum
4/5 part apple liqueur
2/5 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/5 part lavender syrup
1 fresh egg white
Pour the BACARDÍ SUPERIOR rum, apple liqueur, lemon juice, lavender syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Then add some ice cubes and give it all quick and vigorous shake. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a thin slice of apple and lavender flowers.
